Internet, in a very profound way, changed the way we communicate, and conduct business. While there are opportunities brought about by this, there are perplexing yet solvable challenges. While Internet helped widen the available human resource pool to the companies, it also helped the prospective candidates hop from one company to another very easily, thereby placing a tremendous strain on the companies' recruitment process.
